    Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy based on the brain's innate ability to process and assimilate difficult experiences.  It is especially helpful when we have become stuck with the emotional impact of (major or minor) traumatic experiences in the past.

    My research dissertation gained a distinction and lead to a published article in Therapy Today in April 2013 (see Publications for further details).

    This is a BACP-accredited professional qualification in integrative counselling.

  • BACP membership and registration, since 2010
    The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) is one of the main professional bodies for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK.  It provides an Ethical Framework for Good Practice that I and many other practitioners abide by.
