How to get in touch

I currently offer private therapy sessions from my comfortable consultation room in Glossop. Video sessions are a convenient and effective alternative.

Because I believe finding the right counsellor/therapist for you is important, I offer a free 20-minute video or phone call, to help you decide if you would like to work with me.

NB. I currently have a wait of 1-3 months (but may vary in either direction!). You can be added to my wait list with no obligation to take up the place later.
