"I found the counselling helped me to explore many aspects of myself. It was liberating to have the freedom to voice one's worries and fears for the future with complete confidence in the discretion of the counsellor. The counsellor's suggestions enabled me to analyse myself, which led to me forming a more forthright relationship with my daughter. Discussion about the '5 ways to well-being' helped me to focus on the different elements in the theory and endeavour to balance out my involvement in the ideas.
